Botanical Monoprinting is a printmaking process using real plants, leaves, or flowers that are inked or painted and then pressed onto paper to create a one-of-a-kind print. The process captures the textures and forms of the plant material, resulting in a painterly image. Materials used can include paints, inks, and various printing surfaces, with the process emphasizing experimentation with different plant materials and application methods.
Lessons are on the second Saturday of every month.
